A LITTLE BACKSTORY...
MilClean started as a family business back in 1998, instilling values that are still at the heart of our business, today. The ethical, sustainable and innovative ways in which we do business allows us to provide the best janitorial services in our area.
After 20 years working and thriving in Milclean, Karina, our founder, took on a new task and opened MilClean USA, our first office abroad.
As a team, we are committed to the work we do and the decisions we make are underpinned by these
values.
It is also our goal to reduce the environmental impact of our solutions in efforts to best support the communities we work in.
MEET KARINA
OUR FOUNDER AND CEO
Over the past 20 years, she has dedicated her entire professional career to serving her clients, finding innovative ways to keep costs low while being environmentally conscious and efficient. Her constant desire for growth led her to be recently certified as a Business Coach by the Fort Lauderdale College.
Her passion for humanity inspired her to start a successful non-profit organization in Brazil that seeks to care for unprivileged children confined to local hospitals.
With a heart full of compassion and a mind full of ideas, Karina is always seeking to better serve her company and team.
